A very nice campground. It is a paved lot at the back of the casino with fairly level concrete pads separated by grassy areas. There is free cable TV and Wi-Fi. You are allowed to use the hotel indoor pool and hot tub. You even get a free daily newspaper if you walk over to the RV park office to get it. Not a lot for kids to do, but really great for the price and you do get a Good Sam discount. Only a 30-minute drive to Memphis to see all of the sights and also close enough to Clarksdale to visit there and see the Blues sites. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice campground located on the Pearl River north of Jackson. Not all sites have sewer, but most have 30/50 amp service and water and lots and lots of shade. Bath houses are clean but not elaborate and there is even a small laundry on site. There are concrete picnic tables at the 24 sites with concrete pads. 21 additional sites seem to be seasonal and there are 19 others with gravel. The concrete pads are relatively level, but some of the gravel ones will require more side to side leveling as well as front to back. The swimming pool is small but nice. Nearby boat ramp for the river if you are a boater. No cable TV but you can pick up several local channels with your rooftop antenna. Satellite reception may be a problem in some sites due to the tree cover. Long way to a grocery store so be sure to stock up before arriving. We would stay here again.

Very nice campground that has owners who care about keeping the place in good shape. Grounds are clean and very neat and the owners are extremely helpful and friendly. As previous reviewers have said, they have a lot of rules and enforce them, which is good. The Wi-Fi works great! The only reason I can't rate them higher is because of the pricing. There is an additional charge for everything. $3 for cable a day. $3 to run your AC a day. $1 amenity fee each day. But, you do get a 10% Good Sam discount on the daily rate, so that offsets the cost of the cable TV. We would stay here again.

The good news is that the campground has lots of amenities and is kept up very well. The really bad news is that the voltage drop under load in our 50 amp site was terrible. Put a load on the circuit and the voltage drops to 110 volts from 120, which isn't really good for your 120 volt appliances. Also, the pull through sites are very short, but wide. We camped here in a 38' 5th wheel and barely had room for our truck sideways in front of the trailer. Also, the Wi-Fi is typical of a lot of parks that promise good Wi-Fi - the signal is very strong, but you can't connect to it. So if you aren't worried about possibly damaging your 120 volt appliances and don't need reliable Wi-Fi, but are satisfied with lots of great amenities, then this park is okay.

A very nice park with easy access right off the Interstate. Sites are gravel and level with concrete pads for table and chairs: furnish your own as no picnic table is provided. No amenities to speak of except clean grounds, laundry, shower and restrooms and their free Wi-Fi really works. A good location to visit Louisville, the western part of the Kentucky Bourbon Trail and Fort Knox. If you don't need all those "extras" other parks offer, then this is a great place with a good price for either an overnight stop or a longer stay for visiting the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location = pricey, pricey, pricey! A nice campground only 5 minutes from the Hopewell Rocks Park. If you want to see the high and low tide at the Park on the same day, then this is the best place to stay. Hookups for the big rig back-in sites near the lake are all on the wrong side, forcing you to snake everything under your rig. The owners were very nice and helpful, but for $48/night with a Good Sam discount, they should be. The staff was watering the road down to minimize the dust while we were there, which was a nice touch. The W-Fi had a strong signal but you could not connect to it. Basically this is the "only game in town", so they can charge whatever they want.

New owners took over in July and need to get better at managing the park. We made reservations for a pull-through site with 50 amp service, but were told when making the reservation that they would not commit to any particular site and we would be assigned a location upon arrival. When we checked in, we were given our choice of a very short and unlevel pull through with only 30 amp service, or a pull through that became a back in once the other half was filled. In talking with other campers that had made reservations 3 months in advance, they also had similar problems. We found out from other campers that this "rule" only applies to transient campers. Specific sites were promised to "regulars" and the owners made several big rigs move to accommodate these site specific promises made to regulars. There really are only about 6 true 50 amp pull-through sites for big rigs. Most of the other pull-through sites are 30 amp and are on very, very unlevel ground and is not suitable for anything over 30' in length. Also, be aware that even though there is Wi-Fi at the top of the hill where the big rig sites are, it doesn't work unless you force the owner to go up the hill and reset the router: required on a daily basis. The Wi-Fi does work well at the laundry. We might stay here again if the owners clean up their act and give you the type of site you ask for when you make reservations.

The biggest positive about this campground is the location: 5 minutes from Annapolis Royal and a good central location to go to lots of other area attractions. The biggest negative is the length of the pull through sites. Our 38' 5th wheel filled up the whole length of the site and we were barely able to park the tow truck sideways in front of the trailer. Lots and lots of dust kicked up by campers passing your site. I took a water hose and soaked the road in front of our site one afternoon and one of the employees riding by in a golf cart told me that was a good idea. (Maybe they should think about doing it themselves.) We stayed here a week only because of the relative location for day trips. Tough choice on whether we would stay here again. There are other campgrounds in the area, but none are quite as convenientely located for day trips.

A nice park located right over the Confederation Bridge. The owners were extremely good at listening to our requirements when we made the reservations and then following through and delivered exactly what we were promised. Pull-through sites have no shade at all. Back-in sites have afternoon shade. Wi-Fi works at the office and laundry, but not at the sites. The park is very well maintained. If you like lobster, there is a fresh seafood store right across the street where you can get cooked or fresh lobster at a very reasonable price. We would stay here again.

A good enough campground with a convenient location to area attractions such as the Bourbon Trail and historical sites in Frankfort. Many "pull through" sites are only that way until someone else backs in on the other end of the site, then you have a back-in site. As others have said, the entrance road is very narrow, although it caused no problems. Wi-Fi access works part way out into the campground, but not in all sites.

Fair campground with lots of seasonal campers. No shade in the pull-through sites. Nightly rate is very good and makes up for the lack of amenities. Good for an overnight stop or a couple of days touring the area, but don't expect anything special.

This campground may be nice and have a lot of amenities, but it is not big-rig friendly. We had trouble navigating the roads and getting backed in a very short site. On the plus side, they do refill LP gas containers by metering rather than charging a flat rate. Lots of seasonal campers with permanent set ups. Suitable for an overnight stop.

A very nice park for big rigs. Pull through sites are easy to navigate and level. Owners are very helpful with suggestions for local area places to see. No Wi-Fi or TV service. Very good location for seeing the area as you are about 8-10 miles west of Truro with easy access to the Trans Canada highway.

As previous reviewers have stated, the sites are not level, but that is why we all carry leveling blocks. The rate was terrific if you get a player's club card from the casino prior to checking in - $123/week. They have an indoor pool and sauna that we did not use. Also a fuel center next to the casino that had the best diesel prices in the Cortez area. We were in site 19, which is a far from the office as you can get and the WiFi was weak, but usuable. We also had no problem getting our 5th wheel level. The park is quiet at night and in a good location to visit lots of the attractions in the area. Each site has its own trash can, which is a nice touch. Good concrete picnic table pad and a casino security car that patrols the park day and nite.

Nice enough campground situated 2 miles north of town. Clean and well maintained. Seems to be somewhat overpriced for the setting since there is absolutely no shade in the front part of the park and the amenities are clean but just basic. Also, like so many other campgrounds that we have been to that advertise free wi-fi, they have it and you can connect to it, but because of low bandwidth, it is mostly unusable. So, if you are like us and need to have reliable internet access every few days, then stay away from this park, or just go the town library and hook up there. If you don't need internet access, then this is a nice place to stay in Durango, but there are others to choose from.

Nice enough park owned and operated by the city of Gallup. Good for one or two nights. Restrooms and showers were clean and you need a key to use them. Lots of shady sites in the park. Biggest drawback is the sand. We were there soon after a week when they had high winds and they were using a bucket loader to clean the sand drifts out of the sites. The park is very quiet and is two miles east of Gallup so there is no traffic noise. We would stay here again if passing through the area. If you are overnighting, this is better than the KOA which is right off of I-40 and is nothing more than a paved parking lot.

Location, location, location. Great spot to tour Zion and Bryce Canyons as well as North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Pipe Spring monument, Cedar Breaks and other area sights. The WiFi works great although AT&T cell phone service does not work unless you go 2-3 miles down the road. The owners are great and are full of information about the local roads and places to go. The sites are close together, but plenty long for big rigs and a toad. The owners keep the place in very good condition. As others have said, the closest real grocery store is in Kanab, 30 miles south, so plan ahead. Diesel and gas are available 5 miles south in Orderville. We stayed here a week and you pay for 6 nights and get the 7th free. We would stay here again because of the location and the friendly and informative owners.

Clean, well kept RV park with grass at each site, but limited shade trees. Pull thru sites are plenty big for 5th wheels and big rigs with toads. No special amenities, but they do have cable TV. Only a few miles to Capital Reef National Park and a pleasant scenic drive to Anasazi State Park. Restrooms, laundry and showers were very clean. We would stay here again if in the area.

$18 per nite plus $6 access fee = $24/nite. Nice park with good access for big rigs and good 50 amp service at all sites in the Pinon campground. Some sites have partial shade for chairs and tables. Picnic table and fire ring/grill at each site and also a tent spot with tie down rings set in concrete. Pretty setting with great views of the twin peaks of the San Juan mountains. Good hike up to the top of Hog Back ridge and gives you a great view of the campground. We were here early in the season and were told to just drive through and pick whatever site we wanted. Camped in loop D, which has some of the best views, but looked at loops A, B, and C and they also have good circular pull through sites. We would come back and stay here for a couple of days next time.

Good place to stay if you are visiting the Appomattox Civil War site, but other than that, it is only suitable for an overnight stay. Price is right, but there are absolutely no amenities. In addition, they advertise that they have Wi-Fi service, but even though it is there, the bandwidth is so low that you cannot connect to the internet at all. If you really have to get on the internet, the visitor center in town has a free Wi-Fi connection that you can use inside or out in the parking lot.

Very nice park out in the country. Very peaceful and quiet park. The owners are doing a very good job of taking care of the park and have a covered ping pong table, nice laundry facility, very nice pavilion area and the grounds are well kept. Only a few miles from the Skyline Parkway and the Shenandoah National Park. We would stay here again.

Nice clean park with no amenities to speak of. Lots of noise at night from nearby railroad tracks and Interstate highway. However, the price is right for what you get. Very easy on/off to the Interstate highway and is right around the corner from an Ingles grocery store. If you like micro brewed beer, the Pisgah Brewery is right down the road in Black Mountain and is open Thursday afternoons from 4 - 9 pm. It is worth a visit.

This is a pleasant little campground located right near the entrance to the Smokey mountains. The sites are small and very close together, but the place is clean and well kept. There are only two pull through sites and one of them is very short. Big rigs will fit, but you will be pressed for space. No laundry on site but there is a new laundromat less than 1/2 mile away. Also close to a new grocery store. Of course, the greatest factor in this parks favor is the location. You are less than 5 minutes from the entrance to the Smokey Mountain National Park and 10 minutes away from the Foothills Parkway. Cell phone service in the park is very spotty and you may have not be able to get reception inside your rig.

Good overnight park since it is just a couple of minutes off of I-20 on the west side of Jackson, MS. The RV sites are in the middle of a mobile home park and there is also a row of long-term RV sites. There is absolutely no shade on any of the sites. All sites are paved and access is good. Hookups are side-by-side and if you and your neighbor have your awnings out, there isn't much room left between the two of you. The park is clean and well kept and is convenient to the Natchez Trace parkway as well.

Very nice campground. The hosts were very friendly, and made a daily "rounds" of the campsites to make sure that everyone was doing okay. Some seasonal sites, but they are separate from the rest of the campgrounds. Very nice quiet location a couple of miles off the highway going in to Bennington, VT. Nothing fancy about the place at all, but if what you want is a nice quite place to use as a base for day trips out in the southern part of Vermont, this place fits the bill. I'll go back the next time I am in the area.
